Staff are kind and OT can be plentiful but this is the poster of a UHS understaffed shit show. Highly acute and insane ratios. 1 RN for 20 patients on nights on the most acute units. 2 RNs for 30+⁰ patients. Paper charts, redundancies everywhere.No security, house supervisors play favorites and gossip.
