You WILL get the Dr/cases no one else wants to work with. Little help from staff. {unless you're in their clique}. A lot of backstabbing, not my job and bullying. 2 Chg at night are bullies, harassing and rude! Night shift thinks their job is stock. Manager has 6 yrs as a RN. And mainly did GYN cases in OR. Director, who knows where he is half the time.
