Amazing hospital. Friendly staff. Magnet hospital. CCU days so never floated, but in my 1st contract in 2015 I was floated to all ICU's, which was fine. Great teaching hospital, Level 1 Trauma, again, VERY traveler friendly. Only downside is employee parking is about 8-10 minuet walk so factor that into your arrival time, or if you're someone that works On.

This place use to be really great about travelers but has since than gone down hill. contract was canceled due to refusing to take a patient who kept verbally and physically assaulting me all night. Brought up my concerns to mgt and they told me I was lying. very clicky floor to be on most of the travelers don't associate with staff.

Staff at night do their hair, facials, teeth whitening, Snapchat, watch movies at the detriment of their patients and co-workers specifically travelers. Travelers always get the heaviest loads and most patients. Contract was cancelled for “diverting” after airing concerns to Mgr explaining why I wouldn’t extend. Drug test & pharm verified I wasn’t of course.

facility had two nurses write up traveler. traveler states they were not made aware of write ups. traveler states one write up stated they did not feel traveler was acting urgently enough in that nurses opinion. traveler states they kept the provider fully updated.
