Expect to be treated with disrespect, get little to no help from the fellow staff and be put in positions that can harm patients on every shift. I was yelled at, had things thrown at me, and was expected to accept this from coworkers! Managers are sheep in wolves clothing, watch your back. New grads abound with no leadership or guidance.
