Started in January, VERY short staffed, Nurses picketing for better staff ratios, Very rough beginning. Hospital hired more travelers, staffing ratios improved, EXCELLENT staff support, very helpful, traveler friendly, self scheduling, EPIC charting. Renewed for 2nd contract. Would have renewed again but life has other plans.
