Their OB/GYN'S and Midwives covered GRMC, GMH and the birth center while on call. It was accepted routine for the L&D nurses to deliver babies. They didn't follow ACOG guidelines for management of laboring a patient with a prior cesarean section--no full OR crew/surgeon in house, readily available.

Upper Administration has no clue! They will believe anything a pt says about staff. If negative they dont want to talk with you or believe you. They will show you the door and don't care about staff. 30 min in service how to be an L&D nurse when you work in ER. Understaffed and expects you to do 48-60 hrs a week without c/o. Do not currently recommend until
