There is no real Management as they can’t retain any actual staff members. They’ve had travelers fill in manager needs which unsurprisingly leads to chaos as they have no rules in place and expect them to come in and restructure every time.
They’re charge nurses talk poorly about travelers right in front of them and the staff is often VERY late at relieving

Travelers are first to float and first on standby. I built it into my contract that I can only get standby every 2 weeks. I've gotten it 4 times in 3 months. Call back pay is time and a half. Very traveler friendly hospital. Never heard of any contracts being cancelled without notice. Housing is expensive but not impossible to find.
