FA with no medical knowledge. Disrespectful to nurses. No teamwork. Does not follow Policy and Procedures and the staff do not want to learn them. DO and FA informed and was told to do it myself, rather than teach the staff the correct way to do it. Short staffed. Patients are mean and hateful, cuss you out, and no support from management.
