I only floated once to surgical so can only really speak to hem/onc. Great supportive unit. Mostly self schedule and flexible with time off needs. 3 patient ratio with hem/onc, if medical patients only can go up to 5-6. Meditech but an updated version, more similar to cerner. Not HCA. Would have extended but pay is perpetually low. Knoxville is great.
