Responsible for CM, DCP, and SW accountabilities. Assignment was usually 2 Teams of 15 patients each. Quite heavy for a teaching facility with baby doctors, who require a lot of coaching. Terrible staffing for this role. Entire mgmt team was fired while I was there. Couldn’t get out fast enough! Strategy? Bill for every single minute of overtime. ☺️
