Mostly bad charge nurses, mean patients. No health insurance and no guaranteed hours. Some weeks cancelled 4x. You make your own schedules but they can cancel you unpaid and then you try to make up the hours and they just keep cancelling you. Low pay. All taxed.

Frequent unpaid cancellations. Seasonal staff given worst assignments in unit. No nursing assistants. Most charge nurses are useless, especially on the ortho neuro unit. It’s hard to do your job when you are assessing and medicating, but then are expecting to also do your own vitals, sugars, phlebotomy sticks, and toilet/clean all 6 of your patients alone.
