High turnover in management. Very unsafe staffing ratios (3:1 ICU, daily and 6:1 on Tele). Defiance towards RN from CNAs and missing for several hours at a time. Being pushed into unsafe situations by admin. Unit clerks acting like RN. Doctors very inaccessible. Minimal supplies. No regard for PPE or enforcement of visitors policy. Lots of nepotism.
