They run tracks . The track they had me on the Resource nurse was moody, played favorite s with her party buddies!. Very condescending.... micromanaged horribly!
One may remind her that the treatment of people is the key. If one learned this ...this place could be good to work for...

The manager Felicia informed a patient had told her I was laughing and telling nurses at The nurses station he was a drug addict. I do not view a positive yes for marijuana as a drug addict and who would I have been laughing with? This place treats travelers horribly the manager. Us the problem that's why no one resigns here the fish is rotten from the head

Most of the staff are great, the newer hired perm staff are the most helpful. There are a handful of rude Drs, midwifes, and nurses who need to be fired, so disrespectful to travelers and new nurses. If you like to work with smart tails and people who think they are above God, this is the place. Also make sure you discuss the schedule, they will screw you😉

The ER providers are rude to the nurses and techs. Almost every nurse I met there complained about how the providers treat them on a daily basis. There is a very poor culture of safety. Many aspects of the patients care is governed by timers. The emphasis should be on providing quality care not timers. Christy from the respiratory therapy department is rude.
