Nice staff, very good management, doctors can be rude. Busy ED. Travel friendly. Doctor led orders, no nursing protocols. Awesome mid levels. Lots of homeless, psych, ETOH detox. 60 bed ED. Expensive housing, hard to find in summer. Good experience, extended several times. Lots of travelers

Very disorganized. RN had to hunt in several places for basic supplies. No pharmacy in the ER Nurses mix ALL medications. MDs are aggressive and talk down to staff. Some days ratios we're 1:6. Facility understaffed and difficult to find help. Pros: Management/HR were supportive and seem to value travelers. Cape Cod is beautiful. High housing cost in summer

The people here were very kind and the patients all had pneumonia and I felt like all I did was give zosyn all night. Floated 75% of the time to other floors and the ED. Lots of psych/ drug addict patient- night NP was horrible. 1:6 nights and charting was sorian clinicals.

Out to date hospital and policy/procedures. The CVICU patient rooms are so small that you can barely walk around the bed. A lot of the lights in the rooms are broken The staff is very friendly and helpful. Travelers never float out of the ICU! Sorian charting system. They told me self scheduling in the interview but only gave me one day I actually asked for.

I have loved the staff here so far. Everyone is really welcoming to travel nurses and the support from coworkers makes things a lot more bearable. This is the busiest ED in the state, so keep that in mind! A lot of geriatric patients but also a lot of psych and substance abuse.
