Very HARSH conditions to work in. Many travelers break contract here before completing. Very unsafe working conditions. Aggressive patients and staff, very cliquey. Will let you drown and get eyerolls and attitude before they help you. Toxic work environment

Crystal the director will use you as she pleases- the dept can’t get the two PACU running and only have one open- you will float to icu - the staff have left because she has never ever worked in her own department and treats them badly. The staff and charge nurses are nice and just get thrown under the bus

manager said she would throw the travelers to any job, qualified or not before her own staff. and that she had permission by the vendor, who is amn to do so
