Broadlawns ER is the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in - and I’ve worked at 7 different hospitals over a period of 15 years. Very unprofessional physicians and nursing staff. Lots of god-like complexes and big personalities. Physicians broke computers and threw charts. Staff sat at the nurses station all the time and gossiped about others.
