The ICU uses E- Docs at night. They just face time with a Doctor in India. The E Docs get upset if you offer your opinion, they know everything!! HahaEvery department is under staffed. I was the Charge RT several times because I had the most experience as an RT that day! They tried to make a travel RN charge in pulm acute. She would not do it!!

Never used travelers before. Management was great. Most of staff accepting, rest not, made it difficult at times(clichés). Small, tight PACU have to stand most of shift. Have to work all areas. Wrong nurses in leadership roles at times-create chaos.
