Great level II trauma center, definitely learned a lot. It was summer so the lobby never got that full. At the time it was a smaller ED, separate UC. You will see some sick peds patients. Lots of ETOH/psych. Staff at the time was a bit clicky (not all), but jumped in to help.

A lot of young staff members. If you’re not a part of the “popular girls’” clique, you’ll be gossiped about. Staff (including aids) do not help travelers and always give travelers the heaviest assignment. Providers are very slow to respond, and will place your patient’s lives at risk several times because of it.
