88 bed hospital (includes inpt rehab) non trauma center, so patients are not high acuity. Working nights was great, there's a good team on board. Days, there's a hellbeast supervisor who pretty much ruins the unit. As of summer 2017, AH is stepping in to take a more active role so corporate culture is changing. A lot of ppl not happy.
