They’re brand new to travel nurses this year; fired 60 or so staff nurses for no reason. RNs are disgruntled; you can feel it when you are there. Meds are all over the place in the med room and not where they should be, sometimes taking over an hour to request. They put a target on your back for petty things -cancelled 2 RNs
