Great people horrible management. Set up to fail so many times and told to just do your job. Despite asking for your input it’s a yes man show up there. Would not recommend

beyond poor staffing, no secretaries, few techs, poor ratios, pt assignments never ready on time, mgmt focuses on reprimanding staff for 'incomplete' charting instead of pt safety. Inadequate PPE. American Mobile Nursing staff even said it's a known 'problem' hospital, with PCU being the worst/dangerous/unsafe.
