This is not a cancellation but a positive post. My contract at Winchester medical in Virginia is ending this Friday. It was a great experience. Staff is very traveler friendly, scheduling is 100% done by you, assignments are fair and the ratio on medsurg is no more than 1:5.
It is a very nice facility and I had no issues with management whatsoever.

Ridiculous schedule of 5 days in a row comprised 3 12s (8:30-9pm), then an 8 (1:30-10pm), then ANOTHER 12 (8:30-9pm). You had to be back on the fifth day at 8:30am after having worked till 10pm the night before. Excruciatingly small tech workroom, essential a broom closet. One extremely LOUD day tech who blasted head-banging heavy metal music all day long.

traveler was floated to another unit and that charge felt traveler was not aggressive enough in the care of one of their patients.
