You get all the bed bug and roach patients and the ones nobody wants to see. They use you as a float and ask the other nurses to give up patients they don't want. Nurses will give up patients they know are going to be missed visits because they are paid per visit. Then when you find out it's a missed visit the agency will add someone new to your schedule.
