Unsafe, dirty and old unit with very very small rooms, often tripled, in-fighting between MICU and CICU nurses and their managers, ICU manager Neta is a NICU nurse and cannot help with adults. The staff was nice, but management was very 2 faced.

Great facility and best Stroke Center in the State. ONLY floor to work on as an Intermediate/StepDown/PCU RN is 7th Floor, PCU. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Managers are great, HOWEVER, pulled very frequently and scheduling is not the best. No hand in your schedule UNLESS you put specific dates in your contract.
