Very toxic hostile workplace environment. Favorites get away being Verbally abusive, assaultive towards other staff members/travelers and get away without being reprimanded. The reporter is the one who suffers retaliatory actions from upper management by getting an APS filed against them. Also very short staffed, the units are very unsafe house v violent pts
