This facility utilizes QMAS and places two nurses in the facility to be responsible for over 100 patients with one of the nurses ultimately responsible for over 70 + patients. They pay QMAs a couple dollars more than a cna and they’re not in reality, “qualified” especially when it’s your license at risk. Patients are neglected, bullying is out of control.
