Oriented to one unit then floated to all the other ICU’s every day. Hardly spent any time on the unit I was hired for. Horrible with scheduling and getting RTO honored, even if it’s in your contract. Travelers are singled out and watched by management like hawks. Unethical practices too. Using chemical restraints for staffing purposes. Very sketchy
