I can verify everything the other posted stated. They can not find help for a heavy assignment but they sure can get in there and do the discharge so you can take another one. I left crying one shift thankful no one died. travellers quit at a rate I never saw before.

Charge Nurses are very clicky and if they don’t like you they will give you an unsafe assignment. It’s a very unsafe ER. If you have an ICU patient they try to give a full pt assignment and don’t care about the ratio.
