Good ratios, most if the time great techs/RT, DRs not responsive at night and hang up on nurses who call. Staff hated manager. I bought nursing liability insurance becuase I was afraid of being sued at some point and would never let myself or family receive treatment there. Most pts on IMU where bed bound /q2 turns and the pct ratio was 1:16.
