Patient ratio unsafe at 1:7. Hospital is disorganized. Staff basically refuses to acknowledge or help travelers. Manager doesn’t speak to you on the floor, but will send text messages begging you to pick up extra shifts. Staff is rude and act like you are bothering them when you have questions. Basically sink or swim concept at this facility.
