Cancelled without any notice, despite their definitely needing travel help. High acuity, management is more on admin side than staff. They have a 'results waiting' area but you are expected to assign yourself to 10-20 pts there. People have crashed in this area, not all dispos home.

There was one charge RN who disliked travelers. Travelers had much heavier assignments (podmate would have free time and may or may not help you). No room assignments- a free for all of choosing which patients you want at shift change. It was tolerable short-term, I've been to worse facilities, but definitely would not return to TMC.

Very mean to travelers. Write ups left and right. Threatening constantly.

Not a bad place. I am about half way through my contract here and it has been good. Management is very nice. Floor nurses are very welcoming and extremely helpful. I would give this place a 7/10. It's not absolutely amazing but it's far from terrible.

There was a bully charge nurse, but she left. Administration was never present, staff was leaving en masse due to bad administration. Facility would not give references.

They claimed a medical problem, after I stood up and ended up with a concussion due to smacking my head on a shelf poorly placed on the wall
