This O.R. needs to be shut down and burned. There is NO management, it runs itself, so you can imagine the state it's in. There is sterile supplies all over the nasty floor in all the Rooms. There is no housekeeping. So the floors are always dirty with human blood and tissue when you go to set up a sterile procedure. No one cares. horrible

Infection Rate is extremely high. The O.R. is filthy, there is black mold growing in the walls and floors of the o.r. Sterile Processing dept isn't sterilizing instruments correctly hence the infection rate increase. there is NO MANAGEMENT. Abuse of employees. Flies and Gnats flying around sterile instruments, employees leave sterile setups alone.
