FALSEY ACCUSED OF PATIENT ABUSE! 3/30/22 5pm received call from charge nurse right before my shift to notify me that I would be canceled due to low census. That was fine. 5 minutes later.. my agency called me to notify me that my entire contract would be canceled!! Agency said the CNO claimed I had complaints of patient abuse!! NO meeting NO documents!
