Never floated. Tripled and/or 4 tele overflow in ICU. But they did put in rotation when your turn to take 3 patients or overflow. Small hospital, transfer out sick patients, lots of psych patients. Didn't feel safe a few times (lack of needs to care for patients appropriately). Great, friendly, helpful staff and Managment has your back.
