Canceled 6 travelers who were for 3 months just to hire new travelers who didn't know unit for the 6 weeks of their EPIC rollout. Started out great although orient only 1 day shift and 1 nightshift then expect you to be charge with no handbook. 'You're a traveler, you figure it out,' but staff run to management if you make any mistake instead of telling you

Had so few patients that staff nurses were getting sent home ("low time") and travelers were kept because of contracted hours. Five travelers were cancelled in one week for made-up reasons but it was really because there were not enough patients.
