Smaller facility, busy, ER is a mess but other units are fine. Worked pcu. 1:4, rarely 5. Responsible for blood sugar and vitals depending on staffing. Very nice staff, helpful, resource nurse sometimes. Sometimes ICU for hard IV starts. Some titratable drips (nitro, cardizem, heparin). Free parking in garage, new facility. Extended x1. Can float.
