RUN, ER NURSE, RUN. This place is an absolute disaster. They're severely and dangerously short staffed. There is never time for lunch or a break. Holds, high acuity, the volume is too heavy for this ED. Also the psych unit is very sus. One example is my pt with a chest tube in the hallway and everyone kept kicking it over. Gorgeous area, bad hospital.

Inadequate staffing. Mostly travelers. No breaks, no lunches. Heavy pt loads with ICU holds.
