Very unsafe. 4 to 6 patients. No help. No CNA and have to do all ur on lab draws etc. Pulled frequently to other floors and sometimes other Advent Hospitals. Charge nurse never aware of new admissions coming. No help from charge nurses. Frequent interruptions during med pulls in Pyxis. Frequent calls to ur personal cell phone changing floors to work at 5am
