This is the best unit I’ve ever worked on after traveling for 3 years. Every attempt is made to make sure the assignments are made fairly. The culture of the unit is so helpful, with lots of teamwork. The providers have their office on the unit and have an open door policy. All of the staff are happy to teach about bone marrow specifics to nurses new to BMT.
