To Kaiser you’re just a body. If you’re an ICU nurse, good luck, because that’s the LAST place they’ll ever send you to. A lot of time spent in Med Surg, and even their “ICU” is more of a holding area of med surg patients. No real critical patients. Also expect for your assignment to change mid shift at least twice, or being floated 3 times in a shift.
