UCSF, hospital-wide, has a very bad culture of treating nursing help (travelers) very poorly in my experience. They will give you completely unfair assignments while the career staff plays on the internet and cellphones all day. If you address this issue with administration you will be told there is no negotiating. UCSF only cares about themselves, not you!
