Super friendly staff, traveler friendly. They made me feel like I was their core staff. I liked floating within Memorial as well, everyone was very nice. Only con on this assignment is that you might float to other facilities. I only floated like 5 times in 5 months though. Also I was frequently canceled.

Pass or fail ekg test. Was challenging for experienced Er nurse. Lots of measuring and naming rhythms. Pass or fail. I failed, but cried and then she walked me through the things I had missed. Others had no problem passing. But I found the all the measuring and naming of over 20 rhythms to be very stressful and challenging
