Recommend: No
The facility is a teaching hospital. There are two ICU (MICU / SICU) units and most of the time was spent floating to tele, with ratios of 1:4. The ICU has no CNAs and phlebotomy is understaffed. The rooms in the MICU don't always have toilets and no ceiling mounted lift devices. Charges are also rapid response and typically stay out of ratio.
