1:5-7 ratio on main behavioral health unit, 1:6 on acute, and 1:6 on detox. Security team for violent patients (rare). Phlebotomy does lab draws. Some medical such as IVs and feeding tubes. One tech assigned to each nurse. Charge nurse on the floor at all times. Liked it and would come back
