Told during interview ratios capped at 4:1 but we were always 5:1. would turn over your entire assignment almost every shift. management hounding you if your discharge/transfer isn't gone in under 30 minutes from orders being placed. little to no support from staff. ancient meditech charting. could not pay me enough money to go back here.
