ER is 95% staffed with young nurses who are rude:uncaring, all from TribalEm but live local and keep renewing contracts. The providers are very condescending. Age discrimination is rampant. RNs very clicky. Pts consist mostly of ETOH, SI, and SA. Staff is rude and uncaring to pts. Hospital Admin doesn’t care. Racism is high against whites, both by staff& pts
