The unit is in the process of imploding. There is NO leadership. Mixing psych w/dementia & staff getting beaten up daily. The resident psychiatrist comes from out of state on a private jet once a week. The NPP claims to not know anything that's going on. A social worker recruits the worst of the worst dementia patients from nursing homes across upstate NY.

facility claimed traveler abused patients. traveler states they posted the short comings of their unit multiple times on travel psych page regarding safety issues and their concerns of mixing dementia patients with psych patients. staff is beaten up routinely. traveler states the hospital has multiple problems. traveler is still waiting to see documenation of the facilitys allegations of abuse.
