Staffing is atrocious. 1:5 on days with NO CNA. All cna are sitters because they have so many behavioral patients. Patients are all heavy. Full cares, q2h turns that require two people. Ratios on nights are 1:7 😳 again without any cna. Could end up with split assignment so patients down two different halls. Could be the only nurse down a hall.
