My contract was canceled with 5 weeks left. The administrator felt threatened by me because I questioned the facilities practice of any license (including clinicians) to patient ratio vs. nurse to patient ratios being in compliance with California laws. Also because I did not agree with admitting inappropriate and unstable patients for money.
