25% of staff are nice, 25% are jaded and mean, 50% are new grads. Some staff brag about getting travelers fired-over petty things. You can be floated and cancelled in 4 hour increments. Manager is super fake and will not give any travelers references. Enjoyed floating to other ICUs over this one while there. Very good rapport with ICU team.
